330ml can, packaged on 17/07/2020, poured into a tulip.
Look: Pours a lighter looking black that lets a touch of light through when held up to it. About 2cm of tightly bubbled head, falls to about 1cm then hangs around for a while, leaving some lacing. Looks good.
Smell: Tropical hops, a little citrus, some pine as well. Seems to be a little spice underneath on warming, as well as a little bit of roastiness.
Taste: Hops come through to begin with, Tropical fruit to begin, possibly guava, there is a little bit of herbal character in there as well. The end gives a little more coffee and chocolate, and a hint of spice.
Feel: Heavier than I was expecting, but pleasantly so. Really seems to fill the mouth. A touch of carbonation at the back of the palate. The bitterness at the end is not aggressive at all, rounds it out nicely.
Overall: Pretty tasty, deceptively strong though.
