Not ruby colored, orangey amber white a fluffy white cap. Sour balaton cherry with warming cinnamon and musty flowers in the nose. Interesting but the combo works. Taste is the same with the cinnamon thankfully cutting the huge acidity and sour notes in a good way, slight vinegar and red currant in the mix too. Feel is sour, acidic, bright, and has some percolating texture from the cinnamon but thins out quickly. Fun take on a classic

Bright orange with a reddish tint, good clarity, momentary foam, no lace or lasting surface skim. Aroma is nice, luscious cherry and light cinnamon.
Sour and acidic, puckering natural cherry, light cinnamon, with some vinegary acetic acid in the middle. Clean drying finish. Medium bodied, carb is light but present. Overall this is a little better than the peach one, with less acetic acid, but it’s still there.
