like a good sour now and then, but if you like ginger you would like this too much ginger for me

Lightly cloudy orange-gold color, smells sweet, gingery and tangy. Tastes lightly sweet, gingery and a bit funky and sour from the lactobacillus (from the brewers own kimchi culture too, extra points for creativity and uniqueness)
mild sweet wheat nodes. Would be great paired with Korean BBQ or even Cantonese food, dimsum & would work with other Asian foods as well (maybe some Indian dishes but mainly central southern/ southeast Asian cuisine imo) and grilled meats. Had it with homemade mi goreng and tastes like a match made in heaven. Tastes fresh but still complex.
Easy on the palate, but does have a medium-heavier mouthfeel. if you're a fan of ginger and spiced foods it's a must try. Would buy again, especially to pair with Asian dishes and kbbq. I could also see it being good with a sake bomb for a new experience
Batch 17, chilled, poured into a frosted glass. For reference.
