Actually this is pretty decent. (FD: reviewed after 4b 9er game) I've generally been unimpressed with their beers but this one is not bad. If it just had a bit more fizz...

From a can this pours clear with a slight chill haze. Light and floral nose with a subtle earthiness I am attributing to the bamboo tea. Soft and rounded finish.

Pours a clear golden with creamy white foam in the antique Pilsner glass from the top shelf decorated with-- bamboo motif. There is a pleasant aroma of alfalfa and Cream of Wheat. First sip is something like a Blonde Ale with the warm, slightly malty taste. I would not say it is flavorful, but at least not offensive and the sudsy mouthfeel is fine.
I would not venture to try another, though this is the least adventurous of their beers judging by the ingredients. Maybe you have to try more flavors, though the Dokkaebiers are only available in cans from stores. From the 16 oz can purchased at Total Wine. Their other main outlet seems to be BevMo. The address on the label is the San Carlos location of Devil's Canyon, which also contract brews for Three Monkeys and Headlands. Dated 10/14/2021 on bottom of label.
