High atop the snowy peaks of the Alps comes Mountain Child, a crisp, clean, and super-drinkable German-style pilsner. We love the simplicity of a good pils, and done right, they’re a thing of beauty. Bright, floral aromas and soft spice from a combo of Perle, Tettnang, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops make this beer shine. It's a beer so perfect, it'll have you yodeling from the tallest barstool in no time.

Pale gold, a bit hazy. Nose is pretty light, faintly hoppy. Flavor though is truly excellent! Clean floral hops, clean light malt, nice very drinkable pils. I wish the menu had some lighter options for eating... this wouldmake a great lunch place.

L-Two finger headed beer with straw color. Clear. Lively slowly rising carbonation. The head dissipates to a 10th of an inch lace.
S-Sweet grain, sweet apple, wheatgrass, some floral notes, slight funk/barn and earthiness on the nose.
T-Sweet malt and earthy grain. Notes of cracker and black pepper. Slight funkiness.
F-Crisp and refreshing.
O-A very solid American made German Pilsner. Very refreshing, complex enough, but wonderfully minimal.

Clear, light yellow body; dense, slow-rising carbonation; thick, sudsy head, sculpted. Very alluring aroma; sweet and floral; impressive esters adding depth to the mix; pear and apple. Great taste; slightly sweet and juicy malt notes; mild hop bitterness in the background; clean tasting. Medium-light body; crisp; delicate residual sugar presence; semi-dry character.
God knows the canning date on this lil' ol' Texas beer, but it sure is damn fine.
Pouring temperature: 49.3 ℉; canning info: n/a

Very nice pils. Had it from draft at the brewery, poured into a tall pilsner glass. Outstanding head and lacing with a slightly cloudy yellow body. Slightly sweet grassy smell and taste. Light toast. Crisp and refreshing- an excellent pizza beer!
