Got a crowler of this beer at the brewery and consumed it later that evening with some excellent Mexican food.
Poured into a tumbler. Murky brown color with excellent head and lacing. Earthy, dank, rustic smell and taste. Very ripe fruit, mostly pears. Nice rye spice. A memorable beer I would have again.
