Copenhagen 11/4 2021. 47,3 cl can from Ølkassen web-shop. Drawing of a beach-party with an orchestra, broad variety of guests including a crab and som vikings arriving late.
Pours opaque dark brown - almost black - with a small, bubbly, dark beige head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving what looks like a glass of cola behind. No lacing.
Aroma is tense with a sweet, cake- and candy like odor mingling with dark alcohol. Chocolate cake, intense sugar fusion, syrup and honey hints of banana bread, layer cake, vanilla, coconut.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, creamy, smooth texture. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is a sweet birthday-cake party. Lingering. Finish is sweet, slightly boozy and sticky.
Quite intense, very sweet and sugary cake orgy.
