Double dry hopped hazy double IPA hopped with nectaron, motueka, galaxy and citra. Definitely a potent and intense experience, very bright citrus, bubbly, and sharply stinging almost like pineapple soda but with a fatty creaminess supporting it. Motueka is not my favorite hop but here it’s playing nice with some of the more usual suspects (galaxy, citra) the lime zest that I find somewhat overpowering with motueka is kept a bit in check by the other elements, but the suggestion of acidity it brings takes this down a peg, for me. I can’t remember if I’ve ever had a beer with nectaron before so I’m not quite sure what I’m tasting there… pineapple? $18.99 for the four pack… is a fair price. This is a very decadent beer. Very filling feeling…far from crushable.
