Vapourwaves is a rotating series of Hazy Double IPAs showcasing a specific hop. Intensely hopped at over 8 lbs. per barrel, we wanted to explore the flavor and aroma impacts certain individual hops have on a soft and smooth NEDIPA. In this version, we chose Simcoe for its quintessential hazy IPA characteristics. Big notes of ripe peach, sweet citrus, and tropical fruit, with a pleasant undertone of dank.
