Vapourwaves is a rotating series of single varietal dry hopped New England-style double IPAs. We wanted to explore the flavor impact of specific hops during the dry hop phase in this soft and smooth DIPA. In this version, we chose Mosaic. Wonderful notes of sweet orange blossom, currants, dark berries, and a hint of lemon/lime sorbet.
