16oz can at Hermann Wurst Haus. Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of bread crust, malt and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with a mild bitterness.

Pours a nice golden yellow with plenty of white head that fades gradually to a thin layer on top of the beer. Smell is full of exotic grains and nice German hops. Taste is full-bodied with tons of honey, malt, and grain notes and a slightly spicy hops at the end. Solidly medium body/mouthfeel with plenty of carbonation.
Honestly, I'm very impressed by this beer; the taste, appearance, and aroma are so authentic that I would think this came straight from Bavaria and not from Missouri. Damn fine job, guys.
