Canned 2/11/25, into a modified perfect pint glass with etched carbonation initiation grid on 2/22. Impressive looks; absolutely crystal clear, gold /straw yellow color. Two finger off-white head of good duration. Sticky lacing. Beautiful stream of rising carbonation bubbles. Truly impressive looks. Some hop bitterness but not overwhelming. This one works with or without food. Pine resin. maybe some grass. Clean finish. Moderate body. Classic take on a WC IPA, as long as you are not looking for a bitter-bomb.
