Another tiki cocktail-inpored brew. Love the can art.
Pours with an apple juice colored body and a small layer of short-lived eggshell white head.
Aromas of lime, cherry, pomegranate, mango, pineapple, rhubarb and lacto funk.
Definitely get the cherry and lime on the palate. The pineapple gets kinda buried. Also, it has an impression of tasting like blood orange, but I think that's actually just the interaction of cherry and lime. I don't get any orange notes on the nose.
The feel is crisp and tart. I like my sours like this, but it's not for the faint of stomach.
Delicious. But only if you like sour ales.
