Hazy, straw to gold color. Moderate head which leaves some webby lace on the glass.
Soft aroma where I pick up some wet paper. Mostly malt nose, no notable hop.
This beer comes across a bit like a Cream Ale with a lactose flavor. Highly carbonated with a below average body. The finish does bring out an unexpected bitterness. Overall, this is an unusually appealing beer that is soft in taste yet still complex.

Canned 2/06/20
Pours a large foamy fluffy head with good retention and sticky lacing, very clear blond straw color
Nose straw malt, grainy sweet, cereal and a little corn, herbal earthy hops, little fruity
Taste sweet grainy malt, little doughy gristy, light corn pilsner, fruity, fruitier than I expected but i think mostly from hops rather than yeast, citrus, mango rind, and little pine, med bitterness, corn getting a bit heavy and maybe into buttered popcorn diacetyl, little bitterness, drier semi sweet finish, sticky, mild bitterness and pine lingering
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft lager, med foamy carb, I think a touch of slick diacetyl
Overall not bad but doesn't quite fit that pilsner character, and some possible off flavors

Brewed for FAB Fermentation Arts.
Can to pilsner glass.
The appearance was a soft yellow color with a good transparency about it. Super small bubbles rose to fill a two finger white foamy head softly dissipating to leave some bubbly to messy lace.
The aroma had some soft sweet lemon, bready/biscuity malts, sweet corn and some citrusy hops.
The flavor yielded to the sweet side bringing in all of the prior mentioned aromas together mostly. Small amount of bitterness stiffens the hops just a tad. Mild grassy to lemon aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a good sessionability about it. Nice carbonation. Very smooth all around. Finishes crisp with some lemony notes.
Overall, I know this isn't a true German pilsner and I realize I could have set this to American lager, if someone knows more than me on a better style to add this to in the BA database, by all means, feel free to change it.
Note:
If FAB Fermentation Arts is a separate brewery than Dorchester, request to moderators to add this review on that page, please. Thanks.
