In case you haven’t noticed we love lagers. To honor our team in participating in a polar plunge we decided to brew a dopplebock. Bread crust, dark fruit, malted milk balls and a warming abv make this the perfect post plunge beer. Prost!

L:. Pours a dark brown amber red with a medium white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Notes of caramel, toffee, nut and lots of malt and some dark stone fruit.
T:. Notes of caramel, toffee, nut, very malty and a touch of light floral hops and some dark stone fruit.
F:. Medium body, nice carbonation.
