Peculier Pils is a light and effervescent German style pilsner that pours crisp and refreshing. Soft malt character leads to a clean dry cracker finish that keeps each sip bright and drinkable. Traditional spicy German noble hops provide a balanced bitterness and a classic elegant aroma.

12 oz can into a Becher.
L: Pours very light straw light yellowish gold with a 1/4" domed white head, steady carbo, head recedes to loose froth, 3/4 circumference medium-thick complex lacing.
S: Slightly grassy, Pilsner malts, a hint of yeast.
T: A touch of orchard fruits, pear, distant apple, light pastry dough, yeast esp in the palate, Pils malts in the finish and it is gently bitter.
F: Slightly crisp medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a medium length lightly dry finish.
O: A very tasty Pils backed up by firmly attached malt and yeast notes. A beer of simplicity. It is well balanced, drinks easily and is very good.

Pale gold color, clear; very sparse carbonation; thick head, white and densely frothy, long-lasting. Fine nose; fresh green herbs and grass. Clean, refreshing taste; light malt base; balanced hop flavors and bitterness. Medium-light body; crisp.
A rock solid little pils. Very satisfying overall.
