Cinco de Quatro started as a lovely light blue corn lager and then we had a Bob Ross moment and had a happy little accident and now have a 6.0% corn lager that is smooth as silk and carries that extra ABV really well. Malted Blue Corn from our friends@grousemalthouse, Barke pilsner malt and Contess hops make this one heck of a corn lager.
