A: Pours an almost opaque deep reddish amber in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate garnet red + mahogany + deep golden yellow + ruby red colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall sudsy foamy beige head that quickly reduces to a large patch of mottled thin film covering approximately 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of toasted + lightly roasted + caramel + bready + brown bread malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness along with some light fruit (apple) yeast character. Light aromas of lager yeast. Light aromas of herbal + spicy + floral hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of of toasted + lightly roasted + caramel + bready + brown bread malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness along with some light fruit (apple) yeast character. That is followed by light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there light flavors of herbal + spicy + floral hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving a clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasant lighter mouthfeel. Enjoyable with lots of complexity to the malt flavors + aromas and just enough hop to balance it.
