Clear, pale gold colored body. One finger of white head, which quickly becomes a thin cap and ring. Scattered lacing strings are left behind.
Aroma is sweet malt which smells like baking bread, and floral/fruity hops.
Taste is similar to the nose, with a sweet bread malt flavor along with floral/fruity hops and a touch of spice. Goes sweet again in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Coats the mouth. Good carbonation.
Well balanced brew of sweet malt and floral hops.

Sweet tasting malty Dortmunder that is true to the style and very tasty. Slight caramel corn flavor, very nice smooth feel to the beer. Enjoyable and absolutely good enough to have a nice mini session of a couple cans or drafts. Liked this beer quite a bit. Better than Dab, and a good contender to face off against Great Lakes "Gold." Nicely done, Magnanimous Brewing.
