Kolsch-style ale brewed with German Pils malt & Tettnang hops, and lagered for 4 weeks, producing slightly sweet fruit flavors with a clean finish.

Canned 9/13/23; drank 10/8/23 @ the Yarchives.
See-through dull orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; a thick curtain of lacing remained.
Toasted white bread, roasted corn & faint apple cider vinegar notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel. Dry bread, apple cider vinegar & corn flavors.
I'm not the biggest Kolsch fan in general, but this one was borderline abrasive to me.
Not one I'll seek out again.
