Toffee and nutty malt sweetness, very little hop flavor. This is a revamped recipe to bring the malt forward and the ABV higher

Reddish dark brown, khaki head, plenty crowned lacing. Excellent scottish yeast, with dry earth, tanned leather, toast, dark nut, and sulfur nose. Taste has caramel malt lightly infused into the sneaky bready dry yeast, fall leaves, dry old earth, toast, a quick shot of playful plum and apple, finished earthy hops and orange phenols. Feel has a light malt backbone for the airy and dry yeast to play off of, soft overall, smooth. This will hit the spot in early autumn
