The Buffalo City Hall is a wonderful example of Art Deco architecture. We celebrate it with an Elani dry-hopped Helles Lager.

A bit darker than the typical helles. Aroma seems like an understated version of an APA - slightly piney with some tangerine notes. The taste is similar. I don't get the bready qualities of a regular helles. Body is crisp.
A pretty well-made beer. It doesn't seem like much of a helles, but it doesn't overdo things with the hoppiness.

16 oz can into a pint glass. Mostly clear golden color with a solid two fingers of white foam with staying power. Clean malt and spicy hop aroma. Faint bready malt and spicy hop bitterness, perhaps a little too bitter for the style but I'm not complaining. Medium feel.
