We built a 3-grain farmhouse ale utilizing all Rabbit Hill malt and a little Fruitwood Orchards honey. Not stopping there, we aged it in a oak white wine barrel for 8 months and the result is a bright and boozy farmhouse with a huge pop of tart and semi-bitter white grape.
