Clear yellow with plentiful white foam in the Cheval Blanc goblet. Sudsy mouthfeel is very inviting for a lighter quaff. But it's quite substantial as you sip with plenty of malt and cereal taste. Tastes like sweet challah bread, and then the dose of Belgian hops gives it a dry finish.

This is extremely drinkable and a nice example of how much flavor brewers can get in a blonde sort of beer with the right yeast. From the 473 ml can purchased at IGA market in Montréal.

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of honey with some sweet malt notes and light bready ester. Taste is also a mix of bready ester with loads of honey notes, sweet Belgian malt and a pretty sweet finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Too much honey for my taste buds.
