A-Heavy hazy dull orange with a thin white head that lingers in a thin surface ring around the glass
S-Heavy citrus punch aroma of lemon, orange and mandarine. The fruit layer include peach, raisin, and pineapple.
M-Light body with a peppery carbonation that interrupts the expected mouthfeel from a NEIPA
T-There is a wonderful red grapefruit flavour and bitterness that flows well into a lasting aftertaste. A floral element emanates throughout the flavour of this beer In a subtle yet distracting way.
O-I can appreciate what was attempted here, I’m just not sure I’d have another as there might be too much going on. Some counterpoints in flavour challenge each other where no victor is declared. Also the peppery carbonation persists and gets in the way more than anything else. Good beer, try it for yourself...
