The Episode where our Master Brewer collaborated with the Brasserie du Bas-Canada to create a double New-England IPA with a new blend of hops.
Indeed, this beer was brewed with the NZ Revolution Blend, a combination of 4 different hops created by our friends at Crosby Hops. Astral is distinguished by its silky color and its explosion of hops and tropical flavors.

Double NEIPA in collaboration with Bas-Canada brewery hopped with Citra and RZ Revolution blend. Taste is juicy with pineapple, grapefruit, and citrus flavors. This is a stronger version of the Nord East IPA from Boréale.
