Pours a crystal clear pale brass with three fingers of lovely ivory head that slowly and gassily evaporates to a rousable ring. The aroma is punchy tropical fruits and nothing else. Guava, green grapes, pineapple, faint rubber-hose hop polyphenol whiff. The flavor follows surprisingly close. Fairly bitter but a very aromatic bitterness. Plus quite a bit less so than a traditional IPA. Fermented green grape and pineapple and lime. A weird tangy-sweet pop that fades into rind-y vegetal bitterness. Very drinkable, dry but still with a kind of juicy feeling to it, long-lingering fruity-resiny finish. Very drinkable.
