On tap at the brewery, into a sort of stange.
Pours a clear gold with great foam. Very appealing. Aroma is honey, fresh bread, and a little hay. Flavor is similar. Rather rich, a little green and spicy, and tasty. One of the best beer flavored beers I've had in ages, but nothing insane. It has a huge hay and honey flavor as befitting a helles, but isn't too bitter or overly sweet. Kind of the best world between american craft and traditional German brewing. Feel is good, dense enough to have plenty of flsvor but still extremely drinkable and thirst quenching.
Overall, tasty helles from a good German brewery. Edison is impressive in a quiet sort of way, and this beer really proves it.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf whilst at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had biscuit and grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with buttered biscuit and grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter via the brewery. This decent little helles
pours an amber tinged golden with a nice head of white foam that settles to
a thick ring, thick clumping layer, and sports some nice lacing. Nose of light
cereal grain, light breaded notes, and faint caramel malts with light herbal hops.
Flavors follow the nose with the only addition being more grassy hop notes on the
rear of the taste. Mouth feel is medium light, lightly effervescent carbonation, and a
grain heavy finish with a balanced grassy hop finish.
Overall, a decent helles
Cheers
