A Czech style dark lager brewed with our new friends in London, Bohem Brewing. As classically trained Czech brewers they shared there secrets with us and we adapted them to our American brewing style as best we could. Brewed with all Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt and Weyermann specialty grains, and hopped with Czech Saaz before resting at lager temps for over 6 weeks
