cool to have a few in a row from these folks, my first exposure to their beer, seems like mostly beers engineered for drinkability, everything light and low alcohol that i tried, nothing wrong with that, and this i think was my favorite of the ones i had, certainly the one with the most character, a belgian wit type, done with orange and coriander, light but traditional, neat yeast profile, subtle and good, refreshing and mellow, nice. blonde with a little lemon tint and light haze but still sunny, shorter than properly belgian but decent white head still. the nose is estery in a fun way, a little white pepper, pink bubblegum, and like lemongrass with the orange peel in it, some appreciable wheat at the core of this too which is nice, keeps it beery and balanced, the coriander is there, well integrated, very summery overall, good balance of elements without anything running away, including the yeast. the flavor is similar, nice pop of citrus from the orange, some taffy and citrus hard candy to the ferment, light spiciness too though, and the earthy wheat, dry at the end, quick and with high carbonation speeding it up further, very refreshing and easy, light without being thin, which was an issue with some of their others, notes of lemon and lemongrass, toasted coriander seed for sure, and even lemonade for a second. somewhat of an americanized take, but i do not mean that as a criticism, i liked this pretty well!
