Pilots without Pants Ale draft sampled at the Moriches Field brewery in August, 2022. This is a solid American Pale Ale in the style of the golden ales of mid-century America. To me, it's in the style of a Ballantine Ale, McSorleys, or Molson Export. It has a moderate balanced flavor with a solid aftertaste, enough bitterness and some modern hop flavor. For me this is an enjoyable beer in a more traditional style.
