An airy tan foam builds over a dull matte black body with dark red edges.
A bit of a sharp roast and hickory bite pairs with a touch of licorice and a boozy hot vanilla accent.
Perhaps this suffered due to the stellar company it found itself in, but it just didn't work for me.

Bones Brewing 'Black as Night' Imperial Vanilla Stout @ 10.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a dark cola brown from the can to almost black in the glass with a medium tan head leaving a fine spotty lace ring along the tulip
S-sweet vanilla with hints of Bourbon
T-Bourbon stands out as the beer warms , smooth , sweet vanilla thru-out
MF-ok/mild carbonation , feels full bodied , warming
Ov-dissapointing , needs work
