16oz can from Half Time. Deep golden pour with a light haze, thin foamy head. Citrusy, juicy aroma, hops. Taste is light citrus peel, biscuit Malts with a zesty finish.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of basil, lime citrus and passion fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lime and herbal hops along with a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. While there is some crispness in the mouthfeel, the oats also lend some smoothness.
O: I liked this beer as it packed in lots of juicy hop flavors and bitterness while hiding any traces of alcohol very well.

Look: Hazy and light orange, white foam head.
Smell: Melon and peach, some alcohol.
Taste: Hops and malt flavor, not much bitterness.
Feel: Less carbonation than in most DIPAs.
Overall: Not a very colorful IPA, the tropical fruit flavors just weren't there.

Served on tap into a 16 oz (473 ml) conical pint glass at Growlers Beer Bistro in Tuckahoe, NY. Subsequently retried for a 16 oz (473 ml) can purchased from and delivered by the brewery on 11/06/20 (canned 10/23/20, code PUT IN BELLY).
A: Pours an very hazy to opaque, dark golden color with a one to two finger, white head, half a finger of retention, and sticky, if ramshackle lacing. Head somewhat less impressive from can.
S: Fruitiness from aromas of pink grapefruit, orange, and pineapple with oregano out front, caramel, and a more than subtle pine note. More Werther's and toffee from can.
T: Semisweet. Palate follows nose closely caramel much more in evidence and a barley note. Peppery to minty bitterness evident throughout and balancing any sweetness elements nicely.
M: Medium to full bodied with moderate carbonation. Creamy, rich, and very easy drinking.
O: My second brew from Run and Hide Brewing. Outstanding American Double IPA. Very impressed thus far both from tap and can. Kudos! Keep up the good work.
