Honeyed malts combine with citrussy Cascade and peachy Amarillo hops for a quenching, balanced bitterness. A great sessionable golden ale perfect for summer.

Silchester Horse by Bríd’s Cross Brewing
Bevis Maun is drinking a Silchester Horse by Bríd’s Cross Brewing at Port Street Beer House
Cask conditioned hand pulled to reveal a crystal clear golden body with thick tight white head. Aroma is heavy set slightly sweet malt. Flavour is dry semolina, hints of gooseberry and mild bitter finish.

Half cask at brewery. Bright golden pour, one finger creamy white head, solid coating on the glass all the way down. Light biscuity aroma, bready. Taste is malty, white bread, tiny bitter bite. So creamy on cask.
