I visited Temperate Habits a couple weeks ago while taking a day in the Skagit valley. On my visit, they had 10 of their own taps plus a few guest beers and ciders. Styles included red, four IPAs, pale, porter, brown, and a barrel aged stout and barrel aged honey lavender blonde.
I had the brown ale and the Hula Haze IPA. I was much more impressed with the IPA than I was with the brown. I will have to visit again; this time around I didn't get to try either of the BA beers, and the BA honey lavender blonde sounded particularly interesting.
The location itself has a nice homey buildout - wood accents and bar, white trim with brick, and blue painted walls. It reads very "seaside" to me; just a nice chill atmosphere. The brewhouse shares a space with part of the taproom which is great. Service is good and friendly up at the bar. I didn't have anything from their food menu, but I think I will probably be returning to Temperate Habits at some point in the not-too-distant future!

Corner storefront brewpub in the downtown area. Small L-shaped bar towards the back seats about a dozen with tables about the room and a small sidewalk patio. 18 beers on tap. Popular locals spot. Friendly bartenders. I did not try the food.

One of MVs two new breweries, Temperate Habits has a nice spot right in downtown. The "front" room has some tables (there are also sidewalk tables), a gas fireplace, and overlooks their 3.5bbl brew system. The back room is where the bar is, a few more tables, a stairs leading to a small upper seating area. The rooms are a pleasant blue, with white trim, and furniture made to look like it was built from old Jack Daniels barrels.
They only had 2 of their own brews on tap during my visit (a Citra pale that was meh, and an IPA that was a clear step-up), but had about 16 more taps of guest beers, cider, and other things. The bartender, Amanda, was friendly prompt, and attentive without being clingy or hovering.
I didn't eat, but the food going out to others looked good. The menu focused on burgers and sandwiches, but one of the owners, Katie, told me they had just hired a new chef who was working on expanding the menu a bit.
Overall, a very pleasant place to drain a couple pints. I look forward to trying more of their brews as they grow.
