32oz crowler filled and poured into a goblet on 1/29/21.
Pours a 1/2" pinkish head that quickly settles. Opaque ruby red grapefruit color.
Smells like blackberries and funky yeast.
The taste follows the aroma with a mild sour punch.
Mouthfeel is slightly astringent with a low level of carbonation. Medium-bodied and juicy.
Overall, a delicious and refreshing blackberry sour. Not one to make you pucker up, but very tasty.
