I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: hazy orange hue with a thin layer of white foam and a nice lace on the glass as I drink. It certainly looks the part.
Smell: smooth, soft orange and tangerine aroma with a little bit of tropical character. Quite nice.
Taste: a little sweetness and a good orange character. There’s a little bit of a bitterness or something toward the end that feels a little out of place, but otherwise it’s quite tasty.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is quite a good beer, and I hate to downgrade it. I think I have gotten harsher on hazy IPAs over the years as there are so many good ones out there. This is a drinkable and quite tasty quaff.
