Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden amber with a half finger white head that dissipates to a thick cap with good retention and lacing. Aroma of pale and slightly caramel malt, citrus hops, mixed citrus, a little pineapple and a touch of pine. Flavor is pale malt, citrus hops, lemon, grapefruit, hints of tropical fruit and a little dankness. Thins out a little into a grapefruit rind finish. Medium bodied with light creaminess. A quite citrusy IPA that starts out well, but flavor thins out into the finish, which is a little astringent, but with a good herbal hop bitterness. A bit of a roller coaster ride to my palette, this is a satisfactory, if not noteable American IPA with strong citrus character. I have a hunch that this can, labelled as Adorably Indecisive, may be the same ale on their online tap list as Princess Pudgy Pants IPA , which may not have passed muster with the state label cops. Both are memorable names.
