Mexican Lager named Mexican Lager cause why not.

We use a Modelo yeast strain plus a touch of flaked corn in the mash for rounded malt character.

A rich and full flavored lager with a slightly sweet crisp finish. We used whirlpool hops to add a slight lime zest to the aroma and taste.

Lightly hazy, golden colored body; sparse carbonation; thin yet lasting head, white and reasonably dense; nice presence of foam curtains and patches mark every sip inside the glass. Very pleasant nose; light cereal grain elements with a dash of lime underpinning. Rather dull and bitter taste overall. Medium bodied; full, rounded feel; semi-dry.

A fair Mexican style lager, exhibiting some warm, grainy base flavors with a rather bold, biting hop bitterness.
