Overall this is an excellent “straight up” stout from this new local brewery. It was rich and flavorful, something to look forward to having again.
Poured from draft at the brewery into a shaker pint, rich dark b color with a good creamy head and lacing. Pleasant dark chocolate smell and taste. Roasted malt smell and taste as well. Some dark toaste and an nice earthy bitter finish. Smooth rich feel.
