This was one of those rare beers where the taste did not follow the quality of the smell. The smell is very nice and seems to promise an excellent Hefeweizen taste profile. While the hefe flavors are there, they are a bit lacking.
I had this beer from a crowler purchased at the brewery and consumed the same day. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with good head and lacing. The feel, was pretty good. A decent beer but definitely not my favorite from this brewery.
