Drank 3/7/26 no canned date but purchased fresh from brewery
Pour is a burnt amber with an off white cap of lasting foam. Good lacing and retention
Nose is pithy, citrus, grapefruit
Taste follows. Pithy, grapefruit, citrus. Firm bitterness. Dry finish. Reasonable balance but hops are the Star.
Crisp light/medium body invites another sip. Very easy to drink.
A bit of oxidization on this can, but trying to look past that, can tell it’s a good beer!
