50cl bottle poured into my Spaten seidel.
Best before 14/12/10
A Toffee caramel body, excellent clarity with a lovely creamy 2 finger head that produces excellent lacing and head retention considering the abv%.
S- Toffee and caramel notes heavily dominating, nothing else noted
T- Light toffee with a treacle like bitterness in the finish albeit this is light and somewhat subdued. Finish is very clean. Alcohol unbelievably well hidden!
M- Moderate carbonation, body a bit thin overall
D- A very clean refreshing bock which seems unusual to me as most others to me and a lot thicker and meal like!Looks the part! Alcohol is very well hidden, some lovely malt notes but overall its just too subdued in flavour.
