16oz can poured into a Sisu IPA-style glass
First experience with Hammer & Stitch
O- bright floral notes over a lightly toasted malt body; some honey in there as well; med-bodied w/ med carb; a decent IPA but not quite memorable enough to pick up again in the future
Consumption date: 06.25.21
Can date: 04.13.21

Clear amber, a darker shade, with plenty of foam in the Orval chalice. Pleasingly aromatic with apricot and pine. Taste follows along with some resins and dry pineapple. Papaya or mango in the nose adds another nice touch. Just sweet enough with malt which bulks the body, followed by the hoppy scratch.
Tangy but not acidic, this is more about the aromatics. The lush carbonation and peachy taste is inviting. Overall this is a better than average hoppy brew and encourages trying more beers from this outfit. From the 16 oz can purchased at New Seasons. Canned date is 08/17/21.

16 oz can purchased to go from Westside Taphouse in West Salem OR.
bout $4.
This is dated 04/13/2021..so newer than the others of this brewer i have tasted.
Pours a deep golden colour( clear) with a lovely thick and frothy white head.
Aromas quite pungent..mellow dankness with some lemon zest and floral hops also.
Taste is very floral hop forward, kind of delicate but at the same time in your face.
Nice well carbonated mouth feel semi dry finish.
Nice drinkable IPA. It appears this brewery is aiming for drinkability and they are doping it well.

Look: Clear dark orange in color with a frothy off-white head that pillows up and slowly recedes, leaving good lacing on the glass
Aroma: Pine, passionfruit, sweet orange, blueberries, sugar-coated strawberries, papaya, and sweet bready malt
Taste: Pine, orange, ruby red grapefruit, blueberries, and tropical fruit all come together to kick it off while sweet bready notes trickle in and settle into the background. Berry notes and fir needles gather strength and relent once again as pine/citrus/tropical fruit close it out
Mouthfeel: Full, a little slick, medium-high carbonation, and a good bite but with minimal dryness on the finish – leaning soft if anything
Overall: I dig it. This is the second offering I’ve had from these newer and new-to-me folks and like the previous one, this is a tasty and well-made IPA. A kind of mix between old school pine and citrus and new school tropical fruit and berries that blends and compliment each other well. I would definitely buy this again and look forward to trying their other offerings as well
