Our hoppiest, juiciest, ripest release yet. As the recipient of our highest dry hop ever, this DIPA is utterly dripping in Simcoe and Citra hop oils dancing upon a pale, foggy, pillowy soft grist of wheat and oats.

Pours a dense hazy yellow colour, small head, no ring or lacing.
Smell is sweet melon, touch of citrus, touch of malt and resin. Just a tad lacking overall
Taste is the same.
Feel is smooth, and tad too bit carbonated

Pours a hazy light orange with fluffy head that leaves plenty of lacing.
Smell is juicy and fruity with notes of citrus, melon, pineapple and gummy candy. Some slight tartness in the background.
Taste is juicy, fruity and a bit sweet. Notes of melon, orange and mango. Soft bitterness with a tart hint on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very drinkable DIPA with good balance.
