Collaboration with Track Brewing Company, Rivington Brewing Co.
Created in collaboration with our friends at Track and Rivington, this squidgy Double India Pale Ale was brewed with an unctuous grist of oats and wheat along with lavish quantities of Galaxy, Motueka and new season hand-selected Citra, conjuring flavours reminiscent of mojitos, OJ, lemon curd and ripe flat peaches.

Copenhagen 21/6 2024. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Can in Beak's usual design with a steel can with a white label with a lot of colored triangles in red, blue, yellow and green.
Pours opaque golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as rain patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of fermented Stone fruit mingling with subtle tart citrus fruit. Ripe mango and bruised peach. Hints of petrol. Lemon and lime.
Pretty strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent and quite lively.
