A pillowy-soft Southern Hemisphere DIPA dripping in Nelson, Wai-iti and Motueka hop oils for flavours of apricot, peach, candyfloss, limes and limoncello.

Copenhagen 29/1 2024. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Steel can with a label. white label with figures un red, blue and yellow.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin flimsy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Touch of turpentine.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is .bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Pretty light and zesty for a DIPA.

Smell is juicy, fruity, sweet and a bit floral. Notes of grapes, mango and jasmine.
Taste is juicy, fruity and peppery. Notes of grapes, gooseberries, citrus, Limoncello and mango. Moderate bitterness with a spicy finish.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific DIPA, stuffed with NZ hops.
