Copenhagen 14/2 c2023. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Steel can with white label. Naive drawing of two people lying down and kissing apparently inside a huge yellow sweater on the label.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as 1 cm thick, frothy layer of foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more discrete scent of citrus and pine. Peach and nectarines. Grapefruit and resin.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant sweet undertone. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry and soft.
Solid, soft and appropriately bitter.
