Our good pals at Track joined us to brew an IPA using two incredibly fruity and expressive yeast strains – London Fog and Tropical Paradise – along with silly amounts of the very best Citra, Citra Cryo, HBC 630 and Nelson Sauvin we could lay our hands on.

Pours a hazy dark yellow with soft, soapy head.
Smell is crisp, fruity and juicy with notes of peach, apricot, orange juice and melon with some grassy hints.
Taste is crisp and fruity with soft bitterness. Notes of peach, passionfruit, lime, lemon and grass with a slight tartness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, crisp NE IPA.

Draft at Heist Beer Company. Hazy yellow pour, small frothy white head. Citrusy aroma, grapefruit, fruity. Taste is citrus forward, with lots of other complimentary fruity flavors, kiwi and berries. Finishes dry.
