Copenhagen 7/6 2024. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Steel can with white label and ghost forms in different colors like red, blue and green.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit soon overpowered by a scent of citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Grapefruit in abundance.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter without being searing. Lingers for while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent and bitter with a fine round palate.
